What is Frozen Custard?
Frozen Custard is a gourmet ice cream treat, which originated on Coney Island, New York. The ingredients create the great taste. The combination of butterfat and egg yolks developed specifically for 2 Sisters Frozen Custard allows us to fine tune our own unique taste.
We make our Frozen Custard several times a day so it is always fresh! Our machine minimizes the amount of air beaten into our mixture, which contributes to its velvety smooth consistency and super rich flavor!!
Ordering a delicious treat at 2 Sisters Frozen Custard is easy!
First, choose one of our three creamy frozen custard flavors - Vanilla, Chocolate, or Vanilla Lite
(98% fat free!).
Then, choose any combination of over 30 toppings to create a delicious sundae, concrete, shake or smoothie. Or keep it simple with custard in a cup, cone or homemade waffle cone, made fresh in our shop.
Can't decide? Try one of our tried and true feature sundaes or concretes, such as Lisa's Turtle, 2 Sisters German Chocolate, or Dee's Banana Split!
